The paths of life

I was walking up to school today at USU, and I  stopped on the sidewalk, where I saw this fork in the path. I got thinking about the routes we take in life. Both paths may get you to where you want, but some are better choices than others. My life has not gone the way I wanted it to, but it’s gone the was it was suppose to. I know that Heavenly Father is guiding me and that the Holy Ghost will be my constant companion, as long as I am worthy, to help me choose which path to take. It reminded me of the story that Elder Holland shared about the fork in the road. Him and his son felt that one path was the right one, only to find out that it was a dead end. “Sometimes in response to prayers, the Lord may guide us down what seems to be the wrong road—or at least a road we don’t understand—so, in due time, He can get us firmly and without question on the right road. Of course, He would never lead us down a path of sin, but He might lead us down a road of valuable experience. Sometimes in our journey through life we can get from point A to point C only by taking a short side road to point B.” Keep going friends! Trust God. He knows the way!! ♥️🙏🏻
